The following terms apply to participation in Saybilder Congress Days:
- Registration Fees: Please contact the conference secretariat for registration fees.
- Number of Authors: Regardless of the number of authors, registration by any one of them is sufficient.
- Participation Certificates: Participation certificates will be issued to all authors listed in the paper.
- Participation Requirements: Participants must adhere to the participation requirements and the deadlines specified in the conference guidelines.
- Presentation Type: Only oral presentations are accepted at the conference.
- Abstracts and Full Papers: All abstracts and full papers submitted to the conference will be accepted subject to approval by at least two reviewers and the evaluation committee. Papers without approval from at least two reviewers will be rejected.
- ISBN-Indexed Electronic Books: Abstracts accepted for oral presentation will be published as ISBN-indexed electronic books. Researchers can submit their full papers by the deadline specified in the conference schedule. Full papers will also be published as ISBN-indexed electronic books.
