SAYBİLDER CONGRESS DAYS

Introduction

Dear Scholars,

The 20th International Congress on Social Science with Recent Research (ICSSRR 2026), held as part of Saybilder Congress Days, will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, from 2 to 5 November 2026.

The Congress is organized under the auspices of Mardin Artuklu University (Türkiye), the University of Carthage (OMRAN Laboratory – Tunisia), the Association for Development and Strategic Studies in Medenine (Tunisia), and the Saybilder Group (Türkiye).

The main venue is Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa, Antalya. Participants may attend as presenters or listeners, either in person or online.

  • Paper applications require a 250–300-word abstract or a full paper of no more than 10,000 words.
  • Submissions must be original, fall within the Congress scope, follow the author guidelines, and have a similarity rate of no more than 20%.
  • Every submission must include an abstract in English.
  • All submissions are checked with Turnitin or iThenticate and undergo double-blind review by at least two expert reviewers.
  • Only papers approved by both reviewers and the Scientific and Organizing Committees are included in the final programme.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the ISBN-assigned Congress Abstract Book. Full papers meeting the publication requirements will be published in the ISBN-assigned Proceedings Book, with a unique DOI assigned to each paper.

We invite scholars to contribute as reviewers, presenters, or listeners and to share the call for papers with their academic networks.

Principles of Participation, Peer Review, and Publication

Submissions to the Congress are governed by the following academic and administrative principles to ensure scholarly quality, strengthen the reliability of research outputs, and uphold the ethics of academic publishing.

🎯

Scope and Academic Standards

Research abstracts must fall within the scope and thematic areas of the Congress and must be prepared in accordance with established research methodologies and recognized academic standards.

👥

Double-Blind Peer Review

All abstracts undergo an impartial double-blind peer-review process. A submission is accepted only after receiving positive evaluations from at least two expert reviewers in the relevant field.

Registration Following Acceptance

Authors of accepted submissions must complete registration within the period announced by the Organizing Committee after receiving their official acceptance letters.

📘

Free Proceedings Publication and DOI

Full papers meeting international academic publishing standards will be published free of charge in the ISBN-assigned Congress Proceedings Book. Each published paper will receive a unique DOI to improve visibility, dissemination, and permanent accessibility.

🔎

Web of Science and Scopus Application

After publication, applications will be submitted for the Proceedings Book to be considered for inclusion in Web of Science and Scopus. Evaluation and final indexing decisions rest entirely with the relevant database authorities.

🌐

Scopus-Indexed Journal Options

Participants seeking journal publication will receive a list of Scopus-indexed journals suitable for their fields. Authors are responsible for meeting the selected journal’s standards, revisions, fees, review and publication schedules, formatting rules, and author guidelines. Acceptance remains subject to each journal’s editorial and peer-review procedures.

⚖️

All participants must comply with the ethical and academic standards established by the Organizing Committee, particularly academic integrity, research ethics, and respect for intellectual property rights. These principles support responsible research and high-quality scholarly exchange among researchers from different countries and disciplines.
