Dear Scholars
The 8th International Congress on Sustainable Development and Space Research (ICSDSR 2026), organised within Saybilder Congress Days, will be held in Antalya from 2 to 5 November 2026.
Congress venue
In-person scientific sessions will take place at Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa on Antalya’s Konyaaltı coast.
Organisation
The Congress is organised by the Saybilder Group with an international and interdisciplinary academic approach.

Join in person or online as a presenter or listener. Listener participation is open and does not require prior application.

Submission and scientific evaluation
- Submissions must be original, relevant to the Congress themes and not previously presented at another academic event.
- Every submission must include an English abstract and comply with the author guidelines.
- The similarity rate must not exceed 20%; submissions are checked using Turnitin or iThenticate.
- Eligible papers are evaluated by at least two field experts through double-blind peer review.
- Accepted abstracts are included in the ISBN-assigned Congress Abstract Book after committee approval.
International academic participation
The event is supported by coordinators and scholars from 14 countries, strengthening scholarly dialogue and cross-border research partnerships.
Presentations may be delivered in English, Turkish, Arabic or French.
Participation, review and publication principles
Preliminary review
The Secretariat checks scope, format, scientific relevance and basic compliance.
Double-blind review
Acceptance requires positive evaluations from at least two experts in the relevant field.
Registration
Accepted authors must complete registration within the announced period.
ISBN and DOI
Eligible full papers are published free of charge in the ISBN-assigned proceedings book and receive an individual DOI.
WoS and Scopus
Indexing applications will be submitted; final decisions belong exclusively to the databases and cannot be guaranteed.
Journal publication
Relevant Scopus-indexed options may be shared; editorial decisions, revisions, fees and timelines remain subject to each journal.
All participants must observe academic integrity, research ethics and intellectual property rights. We welcome contributions as presenters, listeners and reviewers.

Online participation conditions
- Payment by one listed author is sufficient, regardless of the number of authors.
- The paper is scheduled in the scientific programme after payment and acceptance.
- All listed authors receive an electronic participation certificate after the presentation.
- Unpaid papers are not included in the programme.
- A certificate is issued only for papers presented in person or online.

Submission and Presentation Guidelines
Abstract Preparation and Presentation Guidelines
- Papers must be uploaded through the Congress online submission system. Authors unable to use the system may prepare a Word document or use the Abstract Template and email it to isdcongress2020@gmail.com.
- The Congress is open to specialists, academics, researchers and students.
- Submissions must be original, unpublished and not under consideration elsewhere. All listed authors are responsible for originality and related legal matters.
- Every submission must relate to at least one announced Congress theme.
- The abstract must be provided both in the presentation language and in English.
Abstract Formatting
- Use Calibri, 11 pt, single spacing, justified alignment and regular font style.
- Centre the title and author names in Calibri 11 pt, leaving one blank line after the title.
- List each author’s institution, city and country directly below the author names.
- Provide complete contact information and ORCID iDs for all authors.
- Set page margins to 2.5 cm on all sides.
- State the topic, purpose, methodology, principal findings and conclusion clearly. Abstracts must be 250–300 words and contain no tables, figures or references.
- Leave one blank line after the abstract and provide three to five keywords.
- Arabic, French and English abstracts must also use Calibri 11 pt.
- The similarity rate must not exceed 20%.
- The same academic and formatting principles apply to abstracts and full papers.
Publication Process
- Abstracts accepted for oral presentation will be published electronically in the ISBN-assigned Congress Abstract Book.
- Authors may submit full papers by the deadline in the Congress calendar. Eligible papers will be published in the electronic ISBN-assigned Congress Full-Text Proceedings Book, with an individual DOI assigned to each paper.
Review and Acceptance Process
1. Submission and Preliminary Review
Authors may submit online or by email to isdcongress2020@gmail.com. The Secretariat checks scope, formatting and similarity.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
Eligible submissions are evaluated by at least two field experts for scientific quality, methodology, findings and contribution.
3. Editorial Decision
The Organising Committee decides on acceptance, minor revision, major revision or rejection in light of the reviewers’ reports.
4. Revision and Final Acceptance
Authors complete requested revisions within the stated period. Papers satisfying all requirements receive an official acceptance and invitation letter.
5. Programme and Publication
Accepted work is scheduled for presentation and published in the relevant Abstract or Full-Text Proceedings Book.
Appeals and Requests for Re-evaluation
Academic ethics and individual rights are observed throughout the process. Authors may appeal reviewer or committee decisions and will receive a reasoned response.

Important Information
Note 1: Transfers from Antalya Airport to the hotel will operate on 2 November 2026 between 07:00 and 19:00.
Note 2: Hotel check-in is 2 November and check-out is 5 November 2026. Earlier stays are available for an additional fee when notified to the Organising Committee at least one month in advance.
Note 3: A special Antalya sightseeing tour will be organised for participants and accompanying persons.
Note 4: In-person participants receive a Congress bag and an official certificate after presenting their paper.
