Introduction

Dear Participants and Researchers,

The 20th International Congress of the Educational Community, held as part of Saybilder Congress Days, will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, from 2 to 5 November 2026.

The Congress is organized with the academic support of Mardin Artuklu University (Türkiye), the University of Carthage (OMRAN Laboratory – Tunisia), and the Saybilder Group (Türkiye). Its main venue is Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa in Antalya.

Participants may attend either as presenters or listeners. Those wishing to present a paper must submit an abstract of 250–300 words or a full paper not exceeding 10,000 words. Listener participation does not require an application.

Submissions must be original, relevant to the Congress themes, prepared according to the author guidelines, and have a similarity rate not exceeding 20%. Every submission must include an abstract in English. Similarity checks will be conducted using Turnitin or iThenticate.

Eligible submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts. Papers that do not receive two positive evaluations will be rejected. The final list of accepted papers will be included in the programme after approval by the Scientific and Organizing Committees.

Presentations may be delivered in Arabic, French, English or Turkish, either in person or online. Researchers may also support the Congress as reviewers by evaluating submitted abstracts.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the ISBN-assigned electronic Abstract Book according to the Congress schedule. Full papers are optional and may be submitted by the announced deadline.

Principles of Participation, Peer Review, and Publication

Submissions are governed by the following academic and administrative principles to safeguard scholarly quality, reliability and publication ethics:

  • Research abstracts must fall within the scope and thematic areas of the Congress and follow recognized research methodologies and academic standards.
  • All abstracts undergo double-blind peer review. Acceptance requires positive evaluations from at least two experts in the relevant field.
  • Authors of accepted submissions must complete registration within the period announced by the Organizing Committee after receiving their official acceptance letters.
  • Full papers meeting international academic publishing standards will be published free of charge in the ISBN-assigned electronic Full-Text Proceedings Book. Each published paper will receive an individual DOI.
  • After publication, applications will be submitted for the Proceedings Book to be evaluated for inclusion in Web of Science and Scopus. Indexing decisions rest entirely with the relevant database authorities.
  • Participants seeking publication in Scopus-indexed journals will receive a list of potentially suitable journals. Authors remain responsible for journal requirements, revisions, fees, review timelines, formatting and editorial procedures.

All participants must comply with the ethical and academic standards established by the Organizing Committee, particularly academic integrity, research ethics and intellectual property rights. Observing these principles supports responsible research and high-quality scholarly exchange across countries and disciplines.

Sincerely,
The Organizing Committee
