Conditions for Participation in Saybilder Congress
Days:
• Registration Fees: The online participation
fee for the congress is 1000 TL. The registration fee for in-person
presentations is 290 Euros. This fee includes an all-inclusive three-day
accommodation and participation in the excursion program. Payments are made
directly to the accommodation hotel.
• Number of Authors: Regardless of the number
of authors, it is sufficient for only one of them listed in the paper to pay
the registration fee.
• Participation Certificates: Participation
certificates will be issued to all authors included in the paper.
• Participation Requirements: The congress
follows international scientific processes. Therefore, participants must comply
with the participation guidelines and the deadlines stated in the congress
schedule.
• Presentation Type: Participation in the
congress is only possible through oral presentations. Those who wish to attend
as listeners without presenting do not need to apply. The congress is open to
everyone for both online and in-person presentations.
• Abstracts and Full Papers: All abstracts and
full papers submitted to the congress will be accepted only with the approval
of the referees and the evaluation committee. Papers that do not receive
approval from at least two referees will be rejected.
• Similarity Rate: The similarity rate of
abstracts and full papers must not exceed 20%. Studies with a higher similarity
rate will be returned to the authors.
• ISBN-Registered Electronic Books: Accepted
abstracts for oral presentations will be published as an ISBN-registered
electronic book. Researchers may submit their full papers by the final deadline
stated in the congress schedule. Full papers will also be published as an
ISBN-registered electronic book.
